The casein and beta-lactoglobulin allergen kit allows simultaneous control of both allergens.

Method:
Qualitative immunochromatographic (Lateral Flow Test)

Detection limit:
- 2,5 ppm (food matrices)
- 5 ng/cm² (surfaces)
- 1 ug/16cm² (surfaces)

Reaction time: 10 minutes (visual reading of test results)
